We are a parent group that meets monthly throughout the school year to collaborate with administrators and staff to plan fundraisers and events that enrich, support, and connect the entire BRE community. Over the last few years we have been able to enrich the school's outdoor areas, provide teachers with improved classroom amenities, and host free family events throughout the year. We always need more help with events and would love to see new faces this year! Please consider attending our meetings, volunteering at an event, and/or sharing ideas on how to improve our efforts.

August 7 Back to School Night from 4pm-6pm Meet your new teacher for the year and learn any important classroom information.
August 11 First Day of School Welcome home BRE family! August Kindergarten Play Date Play date on the kindergarten playground to meet other BRE kindergarten parents and students. September 2-12 Otis Spunkmeyer Fundraiser A seriously yummy fundraiser! Help needed with order distribution at the end of October & daily prize cart volunteers in September—watch for sign up genius. (Chair: Nicole Wells & Nicki Fajardo) September 4 & 5 Grandparents Day (Chair: Mandi Nehring & Sandi Casey) Grandparents are able to enjoy time at the school with their favorite students. October 24 Trunk or Treat Wear costumes, collect candy, and enjoy food and games in the front parking lot! (Chair: Rick Jessop) November 20 Fall Innovative Expo Day (School Event) Students share and celebrate their Fall semester modules. Parents welcome at the evening event from 6-7:30pm. December 8-12 Holiday Shop Students can holiday shop for family, friends, and even pets! Help is needed to help run the shop during school hours, need 4 or more volunteers every day. (Chair: Gaby Paz-Villar & Carolina Bartolomei) February 2-13 Boosterthon Fun Run (School Event) Students get outside to raise funds and spirits for the school. February 20 Boys Night Out An exciting night out for all the boys at BRE and one adult chaperone. Volunteers needed for the night of event-watch for a sign up genius. (Chair: Kristin Diguette & Elizabeth Poirier) February 21 Fairytale Ball Dance party for all the girls at BRE and one adult chaperone. April 9 Spring Innovative Expo Day (School Event) Students share and celebrate their Spring semester modules. April 18 Spring Fling Adult only dinner event that includes a silent & live auction after our week long online only auction. This is our biggest annual FUNdraiser! Meeting Schedule
Meetings usually take place the 3rd Thursday of the month at 6pm in the school Media Center. Details are shared prior to each meeting. Child care is provided by the local high school Key Club. Dinner is also available for the children.
